Ford Fiesta ST - sports modification of the updated "Fiesta". It has five seats, front-wheel drive. It is produced not only in a three-, but also a five-door body.
Unlike the usual Ford Fiesta, the hot hatch with the ST prefix (Sport Technologies) is equipped with stiffer shock absorbers and springs, and the suspension is lowered by 15 millimeters. The refinement of the chassis and steering was carried out on one of the sections of the Nurburgring, on which the company's test pilots dashed off more than 5,000 kilometers.
The basic equipment of the Ford Fiesta ST includes a stabilization system that can simulate a differential lock, seven airbags, Recaro sports seats, a SYNC multimedia system with a touch screen, climate control, LED headlights and 17-inch alloy wheels.
The hot hatch is powered by a 1.6-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost engine with direct injection and a turbocharger. Its return is 180 hp. and 240 Nm of torque. The engine is aggregated exclusively with a six-speed manual gearbox. Up to one hundred kilometers per hour Ford Fiesta ST accelerates in 6.9 seconds, and the maximum speed exceeds 220 kilometers per hour.
For the car, several bright body colors are offered, as well as the interior. Serial production of the Ford Fiesta ST has been launched at the company's plant in Germany.
